Apartment 302 is located on the 3rd floor of the Jardim Cristal Building, which features an elevator and access from two streets.

• Parking area with an electronic gate and entrance from Rua Corrupião.

• Building access from both Rua Corrupião and Rua Codorna.

Traveling with more than one car?

Free street parking is available along Rua Corrupião and Rua Codorna, subject to space availability and local parking regulations. Since the building can be accessed from both streets, this is a convenient alternative for guests arriving with additional vehicles.

Important: Only one parking space is guaranteed per reservation. We cannot guarantee the availability of public street parking.

The Jardim Cristal Building is located at Rua Corrupião, 472, near Bombas Beach in Bombinhas, Santa Catarina, Brazil.

• Additional vehicles may use free street parking along Rua Corrupião and Rua Codorna, subject to availability. Parking spaces are not guaranteed.

• Electrical outlets operate at 220V.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM.

• Parties and events are not permitted.

• Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• Pets are welcome for a one-time fee of R$ 100 per stay. Medium and large pets require prior approval.
