It features 2 bedrooms (one en-suite), both with queen-size beds, air conditioning, and custom furniture. The space accommodates up to 5 guests, including an extra mattress for greater flexibility.

The air-conditioned living room is integrated with the balcony enclosed with reiki glass panels, creating a bright and inviting space — perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals with a beautiful view of Bombas Hill.

The private barbecue grill and outdoor dining area make it ideal for spending special moments with family or friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals just like at home.

It includes a gas stove, cabinets, refrigerator, microwave, blender, dishes, cutlery, and cookware.

For your convenience, we also provide dish soap, sponge, dish towel, and cleaning cloth, as well as an iron, portable clothes rack, bucket, broom, squeegee, and dustpan.

All mattresses and pillows have protective covers, and we also provide shampoo and liquid soap as welcome amenities — a small treat for the first days of your stay.

▬► IMPORTANT: To maintain the practicality and quality standard of our vacation rentals, we do not offer restocking or replacement of items during the stay.

Everything is carefully prepared before your arrival, so you can enjoy full autonomy and truly feel at home.

The service area includes a washing machine, ensuring extra comfort during your stay.

The apartment offers two private parking spaces — one located right in front of the building’s internal access door, providing convenient entry and exit.

The building has an elevator, allowing guests to choose between stairs or a comfortable ride up.

It’s in a quiet and convenient area, close to supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and the Bombas boardwalk — perfect for sunset walks and family moments.

We offer an optional linen and towel service, ideal for guests who prefer extra comfort and convenience during their stay.

Everything is prepared with the same care we’d have in our own home — each piece is washed, sanitized, and neatly arranged for your arrival.

We accept small pets (up to 10kg) for a one-time fee of R$100.00, which can be paid upon check-in, with no hassle.
