Located just 5 minutes from Bombas Beach and close to essential amenities such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and the emergency care unit (UPA), Residencial 364 offers a practical and comfortable stay.

• Sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and towels (bath and face towels) are not included in the accommodation fee, allowing you to choose whether to bring your own or rent them.

• As a standard, we provide 1 pillow per person.

◘ The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals just like at home. It includes a gas stove, cabinets, 500L duplex refrigerator, microwave, blender, dishes, cutlery, and cookware. We provide detergent, sponge, cleaning cloth, and dish towel for the first few days.

◘ The charcoal barbecue grill is integrated with the laundry area, kitchen, and living room.

◘ The living room is connected to the kitchen and features a Smart TV and a comfortable sofa.

◘ All bedrooms are air-conditioned with SPLIT units, and include wardrobes, high-quality box-spring beds, and one pillow per guest. All mattresses and pillows have protectors, which are replaced after every stay.

◘ Both bathrooms feature high-flow showers. We also provide shampoo, liquid soap, and a hairdryer—all for your added comfort.

◘ The laundry area includes a washing machine, utility sink, and mobile drying rack. We also provide a bucket, broom, squeegee, floor cloth, and dustpan for guests’ convenience during their stay.
