Located 5 minutes from Bombas Beach and close to essential amenities such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and an emergency care unit (UPA), Residencial 364 offers a convenient and comfortable stay.

• Sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and towels (bath and face towels) are not included in the accommodation fee, allowing you to choose whether to bring your own or rent them.

• As a standard, we provide 1 pillow per person.

◘ The living room is integrated with the kitchen and features a 32" Smart TV, a fan, and a comfortable sofa.

◘ In the bedrooms, you’ll find split air conditioning, high-quality beds, wardrobes, and an iron, as well as one pillow per guest. All mattresses and pillows have protectors, which are replaced after every stay.

◘ The bathroom features a high-flow shower, and we provide shampoo, liquid soap, and a hairdryer—all designed for your comfort.
