Ground Floor Apartment 01 is perfect for those seeking space and comfort to gather family or friends. With a capacity for up to 10 guests—and the possibility of accommodating up to 12 with an extra mattress (upon request)—this unit offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Bombas.

• Sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and towels (bath and face towels) are not included in the accommodation fee, allowing you to choose whether to bring your own or rent them.

• As a standard, we provide 1 pillow per person.

LOCATION:

◘ Located on the ground floor, at the back of the residential building, AP 01 is just a 5-minute walk (approximately 300m) from the beautiful Bombas Beach, making it easy to access its crystal-clear waters. At the end of this page, you’ll find a map—you can click on it to view the location. No stairs!

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:

• 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, all equipped with split air conditioning units and high-quality box-spring beds.

• Suite 1: 1 queen-size bed.

• Suite 2: 1 queen-size bed and 1 bunk bed.

• Bedroom 3: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed.

• 3 bathrooms in total, with 2 en-suite and 1 shared bathroom. All bathrooms are equipped with high-flow showers, shampoo, liquid soap, and a hairdryer for added comfort.

KITCHEN AND BARBECUE AREA:

• The kitchen is one of the highlights of the apartment—fully equipped with all the utensils you need to prepare meals just like at home. It includes a gas stove, cabinets, a 500L duplex refrigerator, microwave, blender, dishes, cutlery, and cookware. We provide detergent, sponge, cleaning cloth, and dish towel for the first few days.

• Dining table for 8 people, with 4 extra chairs.

• Charcoal barbecue in the outdoor area, with direct access from the kitchen, perfect for relaxing outdoor moments.

LIVING ROOM AND COMFORT:

The living room is integrated with the kitchen and features:

• 43" Smart TV.

• Ceiling fan.

• A comfortable sofa to relax and enjoy your favorite shows after a day at the beach.

LAUNDRY AREA:

• Automatic washing machine, utility sink, and mobile drying rack, providing convenience during your stay.

• Cleaning supplies (bucket, broom, squeegee, floor cloth, and dustpan) available.
