Apartment 202 accommodates up to 4 guests, but an extra mattress can be provided to host a fifth person upon request. It's a great option for those looking to save money without giving up comfort and coziness.

• Sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and towels (bath and face towels) are not included in the accommodation fee, allowing you to choose whether to bring your own or rent them.

APARTMENT FEATURES:

◘ The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to prepare your meals as if you were at home. It includes a gas stove, cabinet, refrigerator, microwave, blender, dishes, cutlery, and cookware. We provide dish soap, sponge, cleaning cloth, and dish towel for the first few days.

◘ The living room is integrated with the kitchen and has a 32" Smart TV, and a comfortable sofa.

◘ In the bedroom, you will find a split air conditioner, high-quality beds, a wardrobe, and an iron, along with one pillow per guest. All mattresses and pillows have protective covers that are replaced with each new stay.

◘ The bathroom has a high-flow shower, and we provide shampoo, liquid soap, and a hair dryer — all to ensure greater comfort for you.

◘ The apartment also has a front balcony accessible from the living room.

It’s the perfect place to socialize and enjoy a great meal while taking in a beautiful view of the city, including both sunrise and sunset. This space is open for you to use anytime, with no need for prior booking.
